At Cotswold Koi we understand from time to time that you may order more items then needed for a particular job. That’s why we are more than happy to take back for example any pipe work fittings that haven’t been used and are in good condition. Unfortunately we are unable to take back any items with a shelf life,  We will issue you a refund on receipt of these, Unfortunately returns postage for these items are not refundable.

Also from time to time you may have a damaged or non working item which we will fix or replace under the products guarantee these items will need to be returned and tested. We will always try to fix your item first if however it can not be fixed then a replacement will be sent out to you . Please do bear in mind testing equipment does take time.

Unfortunately we are also unable to take back any bespoke items for example Pond glass windows and Box welded liners measurement’s for these items should always be double checked by yourselves
