OASE underwater cable connectors are used for connecting and separating elements for electrical consumers, such as underwater pumps, or under water spotlights, in all areas of water technology. They enable trouble-free connection and disconnection of consumers from supply lines. Separation is necessary for example if the consumer must be removed for service purposes. With OASE underwater cable connectors, usually connecting and disconnecting is possible without draining the water. All types have a transparent lid. Several blind plugs are supplied with each underwater cable connector to seal unused cable glands.

The OASE Eco Control is designed for connection to the Oase AquaMax Eco Expert and Oase Aquarius ECO Expert range of filter and fountain pumps. With the clever EGC control unit, the performance of all connected end devices can be queried and regulated. As desired, the controller can be attached either directly to the pump, on a wall or with a spike on the edge of the pond for convenient operation. Thanks to the 10 m long, waterproof cable connection between it and the AquaMax Eco Expert pump, no additional power supply is required. Including illuminated display.

The Matsuko Switch Box Timer – PumpGuard gives you great flexibility over your devices allowing you to turn five independent lines on or off plus the added feature of each line having five programmable times. The Switch Box Timer – Pumpguard also has the added bonus of PumpGuard and a power consumption monitor.
What is PumpGuard?
PumpGuard is patent pending, smart technology that helps to avoid possible disasters occurring when your pump blocks or overloads. Line 1 on every Matsuko Switch Box Timer + PG is set to automatically learn how the new pump behaves when it is first connected and turned on through the timer. The PumpGuard will run the pump at different power levels for a twenty-minute period until it understands its normal operation, once this has been learnt the PumpGuard goes into monitoring mode. PumpGuard will monitor the pump all day everyday looking out for signs of overloading or cutting out.
A pump that constantly keeps restarting can easily burn itself out. PumpGuard detects this situation and will run the pump on a lower intensity programme to see if this will correct the problem. If a solution cannot be found, PumpGuard will disconnect the power and save your pump from damaging itself further. In this situation PumpGuard sounds a stop alarm (the signal for a pump failure alarm is a fast beeping sound plus a red LED on line one) and the display shows “pump fail“.

The maximum current handling for the unit overall is 3,300 watts. All four switches are individually fused. It is supplied with a self locking wall mounting bracket, wall plugs and screws, so no holes have to be made in the main unit ensuring its water tight integrity.
