How are Shipping Works 

We have several different ways of shipping available on our website for you to select when you go through to checkout

1, We use Evri for our Economy service  this service can take between 2 and 5 day

This is because Evri collect from us on a Monday and Thursday only  which will be a Tuesday and Friday delivery to you

2, We use DPD for our  premium/standard service which is next working day delivery

This is collected from us Monday through to Friday This is NOT a Guaranteed  next day delivery service however it is a overnight service and is quite often delivered to you the next day

3, We use Dx Freight for our standard large service for things like Pipe lengths and larger items

This is on a next working day delivery and is Monday through to Friday.

4, We use APC for our Fish delivery service

This is an overnight service  Koi will be scheduled to arrive between 8.00am – 12:00 midday.

You also  MUST be in to sign for the koi.

Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday & now Fridays and will always be pre arranged with you

5, Some larger items and bespoke items are dropped shipped this is to speed up delivery

We also offer Free Delivery on orders over £100

( but not including lengths of pipes Lengths of pipe are sent with APC and these have a price of £17.95)

All our shipping company’s do give us tracking information that you should receive by email this includes drop shipping
