What Is A Ochiba Shigure koi?

Ochiba Shigure is a type of metallic koi fish known for its striking bluish-grey or beige body with markings in bronze, orange, and brown, these resemble the colours of autumn leaves. These patterns are generally irregular and can appear on the fish’s head, the fins, and the body. Additionally, there may be a black net-like pattern that enhances its original beauty.

The Ochiba variety is the result of breeding between Chagoi and Soragoi koi. The name “Ochiba” translates to “leaves falling on the water.”
