The OASE Bitron C 72 W UVC clarifier removes floating algae and reduces harmful bacteria for healthy and clear water. An automatic cleaning system ensures fully effective UVC radiation at all times. A control window provides additional functional reliability. With a power consumption of 72 watts, 9,000 l / h can flow past the UVC tube without a bypass. The flow can be individually adjusted and regulated. The OASE Bitron C 72 W UVC clarifier is available complete with a universal stepped hose nozzle from ¾ “to 2”. The cable is 5 m long. A flow nozzle optimizes the flow to the cleaning rotor. The nominal voltage is 230 V / 50 Hz. TMC Pro Pond UV 110

The TMC Pro Pond UV 110 watt is designed for large ponds, incorporating Ultrabead, Aquadyne, Bubblebead, Polygeyser and Nexus Eazy 300 filtration systems and can be used for pressurised systems up to 56psi.

The Pro Pond UV 110 watt has 2″ solvent weld inlet and outlet ports and may be connected to either flexible or rigid plumbing using the appropriate plumbing fittings (not supplied). To ensure unrestricted flow, it is recommended that the TMC Pro-Pond 110 watt is not plumbed in with anything less than 11/2″ pipework.

Suitable for ponds up to 16,000 imp gallons/72,000 litres (dependent on stocking density and the amount of sunlight the pond is subject to) with a max flow rate of 8000 imp gallons/36,000 litres per hour.

The TMC Pro Pond UV 110 watt has two individually chambered lamps for optimum efficiency and contact time.

The TMC Pro Pond UV 110 watt uses fused quartz glass sleeves which ensure that germicidal lamps are able to reach their optimum ‘burn temperature’ where the highest amount of UVc radiation is emitted. Also facilitates simple lamp replacement by keeping lamp separate from the pond water.

TMC Pro-Pond UV 110 watt features:

Important Note: When ordering UV lamps please make sure you open the box to make sure the lamps are not broken before signing the delivery note, if the bulbs are damaged please sign the delivery note “Damaged” and refuse delivery.

Optimal for connection to BioSmart 36000 and BioTec Screenmatic 12-18.

Yamitsu Algae Master Pond UV Clarifier 30W

Yamitsu algae master uv’s are made from UV stabilised materials to ensure a longer life and incorporate turbulators to enhance the unit’s performance. Large inlet and exhaust ports make the algae master uv suitable for a wide range of pond uv applications. It is recommended that the algae master uv should be installed using solid solvent weld pipe.

However, all algae master uv’s come complete with free (glue in) hosetails enabling them to be connected to ½”, ¾”, 1″, 1¼” and 1½” flexible pipe. Algae master uv’s will also fit most popular 1½” household solvent weld waste and pressure pipes.

Yamitsu Algae Master Pond UV Clarifier 30w Installation

If you have a severe algae problem you should effect a partial water change before starting the installation. Yamitsu Algae Master Pond UV can be added to any existing filtration system. For best results algae master units should be fitted in line, after the pump, with water being forced through them. Use the largest size of pipe possible. If hosetails are to be used, it is very important that they are trimmed to the largest possible size that will fit inside the flexible pipe (before glueing in place). This will ensure that the maximum flow rate can be obtained for the size of pipe.

Yamitsu Algae Master UV Maintenance

Although maintenance is minimal all UV lamps need replacing at six monthly intervals. The algae master’s uv lamp may be illuminated and appear to be working but the radiation dosage diminishes with age and is ineffective after six months. Dispose of used uv lamps sensibly. Even exhausted uv lamps should NEVER be looked at directly when illuminated.

As the algae master uv is dependant upon water passing through it, it is important to ensure that any pump strainers, pre-filters or delivery pipes are not blocked or are causing the flow to be restricted.
