Spindrifter Aerated Drain lid

The Spindrifter Aerated Drain lid replaces the standard dome on your 4″ bottom drain. The unit has a wide diameter rubber insert with thousands of tiny holes to allow the air flow to come out.

The air line supply can either be inserted inside the length of the bottom drain pipe – coming out at a convenient place near to where your Air pump will be situated, or it can, be simply run across the base of the pond to your Air pump.

stem fits 1.5″ pressure

  • Ideal for all types of bottom drains if used in conjunction with the correct adaptors.
  • EDPM rubber membrane which can be replaced.
  • Suitable for up to 80 ltrs of air at 6ft depth.

The Tommy Drain has its outlet at the Bottom of the Drain instead of the side of the drain like typical bottom drains.

The Tommy Drain has a removable lid with stainless Steel screws and a flange ring for fitting to liner or concrete ponds.

The Tommy Drain can still be used mounted in the pond base if required, such as for a quarantine system or where the outlet is best suited at the bottom of the drain instead of the side.

The Tommy Bottom Drains are suitable for outlets from the side or bottom of your pond or filter.

These economy bottom drains are well made and are suited for use with 110mm or 50mm waste pipe.

We cannot express the importance of installing a bottom drain when planning and building your pond and these drains provide a cost effective way of doing this.

*NOTE: It cannot be used with pressure pipe without an adapter.
