The Ultrasieve 3 is the most compact, gravity fed, sieve filter with the highest pump capacity on the koi market!

For years the Ultrasieve 3 has been the leading and most reliable pre-filter for professional koi ponds. The Ultrasieve 3 is supplied with an extra large waste outlet, including a slide valve 90/110mm!

A few years after the introduction of the successful UltraSieve II it has been superceded by the Ultrasieve 3. Most important features of the Ultrasieve III are the improved flow regulation and the new waste outlet which have fine tuned the overall performance. The total size of the Ultrasieve III is now more compact so it occupies less space.

How it works, Pond water will flow over the top of the auto-adjustable dam. This dam is connected to the float so its height is automatically adjusted. This system will ensure that the exact amount of water that is pumped out the filter will enter the filter on the inlet. Underneath the screen the unit now has stabilizers to prevent expansion when the unit, accidentally, totally fills with water. The Ultrasieve 3 comes with a pump connection of a 2″ male threaded adaptor. The waste outlet is fitted with a 90/110mm slide valve

Cetus sieve

The Cetus sieve is a bow screen pre-filter, made using the latest rotational moulding technology. With all of its benefits and build quality, it is undoubtedly the best of its kind on the market today, regarding quality and performance! It is designed to efficiently and effectively remove large amounts of mechanical waste from a pond. It can be set-up gravity or pump fed and has many benefits over the original bow screen technology.

Overview:

The Cetus Sieve is a self-adjusting sieve which can be installed either gravity fed or pump fed. The Cetus Sieve enables your pond water to be filtered of large amounts of waste and debris before the water enters your current filter system. This process is commonly referred to as “pre-filtering”. The Cetus Sieve can also be used as a stand-alone unit to remove leaves and other floating debris from your pond via a surface skimmer. The Cetus Sieve will efficiently and effectively remove large amounts of mechanical waste from your pond. The Cetus Sieve is compatible with all filtration systems, however it is the perfect prefilter for the Evolution Aqua Nexus filter range. For gravity fed systems the Cetus Sieve has a weir which will automatically adjust to the flow rate of your pump. (Max flow rate 18,000 litres/hr) When the Cetus Sieve is used in front of any other biological/mechanical filter the period in between cleaning will be extended. The biological process is improved by the removal of organic matter which would consume oxygen and leach ammonia and other compounds into the water.
